What You Will Do:
">
">
* Manage and govern all outsourced services in respect of Merchant Operations Risk Operations, and Product Development across Digital Wallets - Skrill, NETELLER, & Issuing, and Payment Processing – EEA Acquiring Consumer Operations across Digital Wallets – Skrill & NETELLER, and EEA HR Matters
">
* Define success KPIs and agreed performance standards for outsourced services provided by service providers, as set out in the Paysafe Master Intercompany Services Agreement (MISA)
">
* Lead the EEA Operations team, including the EEA Customer Operations Manager, and EEA Merchant Operations Manager, in achieving outstanding results and delivering exceptional customer experiences
">
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with outsourced service providers, driving enhanced operational processes and best business practices across the organization
">
* Ensure compliance with Irish regulation as a licensed electronic money institution, and provide consultative and specialist support to address operations or industry-related issues or concerns
">
* Work collaboratively with other divisions to ensure the Group is aware of potential opportunities and makes informed decisions
">

Your Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer who has a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your skills and qualifications should include:

* A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a financial services or technology company
">
* Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, programs, and initiatives, with a focus on delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction
">
* Strong understanding of the e-money and card issuing business, its challenges, and growth opportunities
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
">
* Strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction
">
* Candidates must be able to travel to other offices as required and have prior customer account management and customer support experience.
