Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Community Residential Services, Limerick
Employment Details
Permanent full‑time contract (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: €62,078 – €78,443
Essential Qualifications
NMBI registration
Recognised management qualification (FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent)
At least 5 years post‑registration nursing experience, including 3 years in disability services
Previous CNM1 level experience in Intellectual Disability
Full clean Irish driving licence for manual vehicles and access to own car
Proficiency in English
Completed mandatory training
Proven managerial, organisational and interpersonal skills
Detailed knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and Health Act 2007; ability to maintain compliance with HIQA
Detailed knowledge of rostering, leave planning and staff management
Knowledge of the role of Person in Charge and ability to complete it
Highly motivated with initiative and change‑management capacity
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with autism and mental health
Ability to work effectively with families and MDT
Competencies
