Job Purpose:
We're looking for a results driven, execution-focused Senior Marketing Executive to join our high-performing team. This role will be key to driving growth in North America, supporting integrated campaigns and working closely with the Head of International Markets, as well as specialists across demand generation, events, and digital.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B marketing, be highly proficient in HubSpot, and demonstrate a proactive approach to campaign delivery, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
(Key Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to)
Campaign Delivery
o Execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to North American audiences.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across messaging, timing, and objectives.
Events & Webinars
o Lead the coordination and delivery of webinars and in-person events to support brand awareness and pipeline growth in North America.
o Work closely with the internal events lead and other stakeholders to manage scheduling, speaker prep, promotional activity, and post-event follow-up.
o Ensure all activity is aligned with campaign objectives and delivers a consistent experience across internal, partner, and industry-facing audiences.
Marketing Automation & CRM
o Own and manage HubSpot workflows, email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting.
o Maintain CRM hygiene and support data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.
Content & Collateral
o Development of region-specific marketing assets including landing pages, email templates, and sales enablement materials.
o Ensure brand consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.
Team Collaboration
o Work closely with Demand Generation, Events, and Digital to support campaign execution and pipeline acceleration.
o Liaise with Sales and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally with exposure to North American markets.
• Proven expertise in HubSpot (certifications desirable).
• Strong programme management and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a focus on execution.
