Customer Service Manager
Salary: €14.90 per hour
Vacation Time: 30 days annual leave pro rata, 25% colleague discount.
The Role
You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a keen interest in continuing your career in retail management. As a Customer Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the store, act as a brand ambassador, and drive financial performance through sales targets. You will partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.
About This Opportunity
This role requires excellent communication and people management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be expected to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within Company parameters and goals. A passion for our products is essential, as is the ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge. The successful candidate will be agile and flexible, able to multitask and achieve the best results.
