We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis in a pharma environment in Sligo.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Take full H&S responsibility for all Apleona-related activities and targets.
* Manage full P&L responsibilities for all activities and targets.
* Monitor, manage, and report all expenditure, ensuring it does not exceed budget.
* Develop strategies for self-delivery of services, proposing tactical solutions to achieve this.
* Oversee operational responsibilities for all activities and targets.
* Create succession plans and develop teams to reach their full potential.
* Maintain a strong customer-centric approach to service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Manage operational direction of outsourced resources.
* Select and manage service providers, driving procurement, tendering, and vendor management.
* Ensure all contracts with subcontractors are in place.
* Adhere to onsite operational procedures, challenge the status quo, and suggest process improvements through change control mechanisms.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Monitor all PPM and reactive works that may impact the business.
* Maintain auditable records for all maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation.
* Ensure all equipment is operational and functioning within specified parameters.
* Provide formal reports to clients and project teams.
* Undertake ad hoc projects and duties as required by the client or Contracts Manager.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a regulated facilities environment.
* Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
* Experience in health, safety, and environmental issues.
* Knowledge of regulated facilities services.
* Experience working in cGMP and cGDP environments.
* Strong knowledge of soft and hard services.
* Understanding of mechanical and electrical building engineering, design, operation, and maintenance.
* Experience in human resource management and teamwork.
* Understanding of financial budgeting and management techniques.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
