As part of our continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for the addition of a Field Service Technician to join our busy Service Department.Key ResponsibilitiesThe repair, service and installation of door automation and access control systems to our many clients across the public and private sectorAttending to callouts as an when required and have a flexible approach to working hours / areaRecommending appropriate upgrades / repair work and advise the office of the requirementsOperating as part of the on-call rota covering out of hoursEnsuring all company procedures are followedEnsuring the company van is kept in good clean condition and stock is maintainedEnsuring that uniform and PPE equipment are worn at all timesEssential RequirementsFluent english2 years' previous experience as a Service Engineer / TechnicianWorking knowledge of various manufacturers automatic door productsAbility to repair, service and install to a high standardA basic understanding of access control equipment – training will be givenGood communication skills and ability to represent the company in a professional mannerHold a current and relevant CSR cardHold a current full clean driving licenseConsideration will be given to time served Electricians, Security Installation Engineers, Lift Engineers, etc – full training will be givenIf you think you would be suitable for this position please applyJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
