The marketplace is an innovative platform that provides dealers with fast, efficient price discovery, electronic execution and straight-through processing.RTX Fintech Europe is a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).Role DescriptionThis is a hands-on project lead role covering requirements management, quality assurance, client onboarding and trading systems operations support for the MTF in Europe.Location: Dublin, IrelandRole Type: Full-time; Hybrid – 3 days/week in the office and 2 days/week remoteResponsibilities and DeliverablesCreate functional requirements supporting the MTF business lineDevelop testing plans and cases covering the MTF business lineCreate and manage project plans, sprint plans and other artifacts related to software delivery and onboardingProvide day-to-day application training, support and operational oversight of the production support teamMandatory Experience5+ years developing functional requirements2+ years in the financial services industryDesired ExperienceAgile/Scrum software development using JIRAExperience trading, clearing or processing interest rate derivatives transactionsKey SkillsRequirements management - create and refine functional requirements for the trading systemTesting - develop and execute functional test casesTrading systems operations - trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, allocation and regulatory reporting of financial productsStrong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit; thrive in a high-pressure environmentWillingness to learnQualificationsBachelor of Science, Master of Science or equivalent degree in information systems, computer science, computer engineering or relatedStrong understanding of financial products with a preference for fixed income and derivatives
