The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Sales Manager to join the Sales Team, growing the company's volume and revenue in line with our agreed plans.
What would your day look like?
* Coach, develop and mentor the team to drive enhanced performance.
* Provide full management reporting of achievements against key KPIs.
* Maintain granular understanding of Radius product portfolio understand key features, advantages, and benefits of each product.
* Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales.
* Work closely with the marketing team to drive a steady flow of leads into the operation through campaigns.
* Keep internal communications up to date and well informed.
* Agile working practices to best support the team to meet/exceed their targets.

What do we expect of you?
* 2 Years Experience in a Sales Manager/Team Leader role, ideally in a Call Centre environment.
* Ability to pull together reports on targets v results for regular reporting.
* Driven approach to support the team to meet and exceed both individual and team targets.
* Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working.
* Strong team building and relationship skills across both the internal team and external clients.
* Keen to contribute with innovative ideas how to best perform and motivate the team.
Additional Information:
The role will occasionally involve client, supplier and other external meetings and visits to our other offices to support.
