Commercial Development Manager – Ireland
Security & Technical Services
Location: Based in Leinster (with nationwide remit)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-caliber Commercial Development Manager to drive nationwide growth across our security and technical services portfolio. This role is suited to a proven security sales professional who understands both traditional guarding services and modern technical security solutions, particularly off-grid and remote technologies.
You will take ownership of new business development across Ireland under the guidance of the Managing Director and fully supported by a strong operational team and a growing range of innovative security solutions.

* Mobile Guarding Solutions
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a
nationwide commercial growth strategy
* Identify, target, and close new business opportunities
* Engage with decision-makers to design tailored security solutions
* Prepare and lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting
* Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure delivery excellence
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience
in sales within
security solutions or security services
* Demonstrated success in new business development and closing sales
* Strong understanding of technical security solutions
, including CCTV and remote monitoring
* Valid PSA Licence
(or eligible to hold one)
* Full clean driving Licence
* Willingness to travel nationwide
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, commercially focused, and comfortable working independently
Desirable
* Safe Pass
certification
* Experience selling
remote CCTV, mobile security, or off-grid security solutions
* Experience within construction, infrastructure, utilities, logistics, or commercial sectors
