Strategic Partnership Manager, Global Partnerships Sellside
Google’s Partnerships Development team seeks and explores new opportunities with Google's partners. You will interact with partners to help them grow using Google’s newest product offerings, leveraging your business acumen and product knowledge to shape applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of publishing clients, adding value to partners' business by proposing the optimal business generation solutions.
* Build relationships with stakeholders within partner organizations and understand their business issues.
* Provide dependable, responsive service to partners, focusing on mutual benefit.
* Build Joint Business Plans between Google and publishers to drive long-term partner satisfaction and growth.
* Manage a pipeline of strategic incremental business opportunities to drive partner growth.
Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
* Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional collaboration across all management levels.
* Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
* Experience with negotiations and joint business planning.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in publisher yield management, ad operations, or sales/account management.
* Experience with Sellside products such as Google Ad Manager and digital ads, publisher business.
* Experience in a strategic sales role influencing at C and A to B level.
* Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.

As the Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the Google relationship for a number of strategic publishers within the UK/I Markets. You will work with stakeholders within partner organizations to support Google relationships and drive sustainable growth. You’ll provide innovative online advertising solutions and identify new opportunities. The team grows Google's business with online publishers and provides account management for users.
