We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Talent Solutions Senior Account Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for tapping into potential client opportunities and driving new business growth.

As a seasoned sales professional, your primary objective will be to strategically approach target companies and teams, identify the best technology solutions, and sell corporate recruitment offerings. Your goal is to build strong personal relationships with prospects, close new business consistently at or above quota level, and develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Identify and pursue high-potential clients through relentless prospecting efforts
* Develop reliable forecasts and maintain transparency with management regarding pipeline status
* Closure of new business consistently at or above quota level
* Creation and execution of a strategic plan for the territory, including documentation and distribution of competitive information
* Investment in colleague development through coaching and advice
* Development and circulation of best practices within the team
* Active listening to market needs and sharing insights with product and marketing teams
* Proactive problem-solving and willingness to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

* At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
* Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
* Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform
* Background in selling IT or recruiting solutions
* Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions, with ability to create fair transactions
* Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
* Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
* Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others
* Capacity to manage multiple prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against competitors
