Job Overview
Due to continued and sustained growth, EPS Group is seeking an Area Service Coordinator to join our Service & Repair Team based in the Ballyhaunis Region. The role involves coordinating day‑to‑day services for site‑based teams to deliver mechanical, electrical and ICA service and maintenance to clients in the Cork region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer needs from initial contact to developing and rolling out tailored service plans.
Coordinate with EPS service teams to ensure efficient job arrangements and correct parts availability before service works.
Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs for key customers, including tendering applications.
Plan weekly schedules for service crews in collaboration with the broader coordination team.
Work with customer engineering teams to review service work reports and ensure timely invoicing.
Communicate service reports to customers and issue proposals for follow‑up actions.
Collaborate with internal departments to assign new plant and equipment repairs to jobs with the workshop supervisor.
Procure correct replacement parts from suppliers.
Prioritise emergency calls and adjust work schedules accordingly.
Conduct periodic site visits to establish customer needs and develop service delivery plans.
Key Competencies and Skills
Technical proficiency in water and wastewater treatment processes.
Ability to coordinate and manage a computerised Service Management System.
Adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances and emergency callouts.
Fault finding and problem‑solving with on‑site team members.
Commercial awareness to drive departmental growth and build customer relationships.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a similar service industry role.
Full clean driving licence.
