The Role
We are looking for a committed service driven individual, customer focused and reliable to join our team in the restaurant and bar as an Assistant with experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Your Main Duties May Include
* Ensures all customers are greeted and seated with courtesy and warmth
* Ensure guests are checked frequently and are happy with food, drinks and service
* Provides menus to guests and takes food/drinks orders
* Delivers food from the kitchen to guests at the table
* Assists in the preparations of beverages, both hot and cold
* Ensures cash handling procedures are thorough and secure
* Maintains a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant
Skills & Specifications
* Proven hospitality and restaurant experience
* A good command of English, written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with design and creative agencies
* An excellent attention to detail and excellent multitasking ability
* Enthusiasm, positive approach and ability to work well under pressure
* Fully flexible, available mornings, evenings and weekends
