Food and Beverage Support Role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
* Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and Operations Manager to achieve sales revenue goals and provide a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service: Greet regular guests by name, ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
2. Upselling and Maximization: Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue, offering suggestions to guests and colleagues alike.
3. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
4. Serving Guests: Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, exceeding guest expectations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Essential previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Communication Skills: Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
* Micros Experience: Previous experience with Micros systems would be an advantage.
