Key Responsibilities of the Person in Charge Role
The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality support to those who use our clients' service. The ideal candidate would preferably have experience working with autism. Compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards will be ensured by the Manager acting as the Person in Charge for existing services.

This position involves providing the highest possible standards of support to individuals requiring care. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
* Providing leadership and guidance to team members
* Maintaining accurate records and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience within a Social Care Setting
* A professional degree (min level 7) in Social Care or relevant qualification
* Experience in managing residential services
* Level 6 management qualification
* Full driving license and access to own transport
* Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care
