About Your New Job Managing high-value and high-volume debtor accounts.
Ensuring timely and effective collection of all debts across a diverse portfolio.
Preparing monthly reconciliations of debtor accounts.
Escalating collection issues promptly to the appropriate teams or Credit Control Manager.
Organizing monthly debtor meetings to review arrears and resolve queries or agree on transparent actions.
Assisting with client reporting.
Posting and allocating payments related to your portfolio.
What Skills You Need At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience managing high-volume aged debtors.
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle Credit Control processes.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of pursuing slow-paying accounts.
Previous experience in the Property sector is preferred but not essential.
