Site Manager
for a major residential development in Dublin City.
Role Overview
The Site Manager will be responsible for the daily management, supervision, and coordination of site operations, ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of all works.
This is a key leadership role requiring strong experience in site management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Delivery
Oversee day-to-day management of the site workforce and specialist subcontractors.
Support the project team in monitoring progress against programme targets.
Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure consistent compliance with Health & Safety regulations and internal company policies.
Promote a culture of safety excellence across the site.
Stakeholder & Supply Chain Coordination
Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative site culture.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
7–10 years' experience in Site Management.
Previous main contractor experience essential; experience on large-scale commercial or mixed-use developments is advantageous.
Qualifications & Competencies
Third-level qualification in construction/engineering or a strong trades background with excellent technical knowledge.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft software packages.
Excellent organisational, communication, and delegation skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a wider project team.
