What You’ll Do:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support and assist our residents to live as independently as possible, helping them with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and respect. You’ll form strong, respectful relationships with our residents, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering high-quality, person-centred care with dignity and respect
* Organising and participating in social outings and in-house activities
* Keeping resident dining areas, living spaces, and bedrooms clean and comfortable
* Assisting the management team during internal and external audits/inspections
* Flexibly working day, night, and weekend shifts to provide the best care
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in care of older people within a residential care home is essential
* A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
* A patient, caring attitude with a positive outlook on life and a great sense of humour
