About The Role
Our Private Banking team is essential to our exclusive offerings, managing long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals globally. We operate with expertise, from onboarding to ongoing financial guidance, nurturing our high-value clients with a solution-oriented approach.
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Private Banker to act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their financial journeys and develop personalized strategies. You should have extensive product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions and provide exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
* Onboarding high-net-worth clients onto our private banking platform and guiding them through their customer lifecycle.
* Identifying client needs and communicating the value of our services through a solutions-based advisory approach.
* Driving growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring clients utilize relevant features.
* Providing tailored financial advice on deposits, savings, and investments.
* Conducting regular portfolio reviews and recommending optimizations to meet evolving goals.
* Exceeding relationship management targets aligned with team goals.
What You'll Need
* At least 3 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or similar roles.
* Certifications such as EFPA (EQF d5+), CISI Level 4+ (Wealth Management or Financial Planning), or CFA.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Proven success managing high-value client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion to be a subject matter expert in wealth management and financial advisory services.
* Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and portfolio opportunities.
* Creativity to leverage market insights and anticipate client needs.
* Client-focused approach with patience and attention to detail.
* Commercial acumen and negotiation skills to deepen client relationships.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and commitment to compliance.
Nice to Have
* Certifications like BFAA, CAIA, or equivalents.
* Experience with high-net-worth client management software and financial modeling tools.
