In this role, you will oversee the delivery, installation, and training process in accordance with best practices.
Main responsibilities include:
* Serving as the customer's point of contact through the completion of delivery, installation, and training processes.
* Leading efforts to obtain logistical delivery and installation information, identifying training needs, and organizing internal planning.
* Coordinating with the Set-up Team and Field Service Managers to develop set-up strategies and plans for complex installations.
* Participating in meetings to strategize roll out, develop implementation plans, and coordinate company and customer resources.
You must demonstrate proficiency in managing delivery, install, and training projects utilizing established best practices.
The following qualifications are required:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
