What you'll be doing: Running your own section within a busy catering kitchen Preparing high-quality dishes to standard recipes and client specifications Contributing to large-scale event and corporate catering production Working closely with kitchen management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service Maintaining excellent standards in food quality, consistency, and presentation Supporting menu innovation and keeping up with current food trends Adapting to a variety of tasks throughout your shift as required What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment Strong organisational and time-management skills A passion for food innovation and creativity Excellent communication and teamwork skills Confidence in coordinating timings and working to order Requirements: HACCP Level 2 (minimum) Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and events Strong attendance and punctuality Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and company standards Professional presentation and adherence to hygiene guidelines Why join our catering team?
