Requirements
* Excellent communication skills.
* Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years experience designing mechanical services installations, preferably in healthcare, educational, and commercial office sectors.
* Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport.
Preference
* Candidates meeting the above requirements and working towards chartership will be given preference, especially if not currently chartered.
* Experience with Revit BIM software in the relevant field is highly desirable.
