We are looking for a skilled BIM Technician to join the team in Dublin and contribute to our clients' growing portfolio of successful projects in the Irish market.
Responsibilities
Creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for commercial and residential projects.
Collaborating closely with architects, engineers and project managers to develop detailed 3D models that accurately represent all aspects of the design and construction process.
Coordinating with various disciplines to ensure models are fully integrated and compliant with project requirements and standards.
Assisting in resolving design conflicts and supporting the team in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of experience working as a BIM Technician on commercial and residential projects.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks.
Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with Ireland's building regulations and standards is a plus.
