We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Watchmaker with a passion for high-end horology.In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, servicing, and repair of premium watch brands, ensuring all timepieces are restored to the highest standards.The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise across mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements, and will work in line with manufacturer guidelines using specialised tools and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair luxury watches to manufacturer standardsDisassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movementsReplace components and carry out water resistance testingMaintain accurate and detailed service and repair recordsProvide professional advice on watch care and maintenanceRequirementsProven experience as a Watchmaker, ideally with luxury watch brandsIn-depth knowledge of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movementsProficiency in the use of specialised watchmaking tools and equipmentExceptional attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanshipHorology certification (WOSTEP, BHI, AWCI) is desirableAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceOngoing training and brand certification opportunitiesSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunities for long-term career progression
