SK9 are working with a well established Irish owned industry leader in safety who are recruiting for a Senior Health and Safety professional who wants to join a top company with a strong pipeline of projects moving further in to 2026 Hybrid role based in their Louth HQ with travel required to client sites in different parts of Ireland as and when required.Its a senior-level role which carries lots of responsibility and varied challenges.Duties:Carrying out safety inspections and producing risk assessmentsRegularly review and update Company Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures and Safety StatementComplete Safety Induction Training for all new staff on site and maintain documentary evidence of same.Investigate, record and report accidents, incidents and near-misses promptly, ensuring any corrective actions are implemented without delayProvide relevant accident information for insurance purposesIdentify new and on-going safety related training requirements, ensuring all mandatory training is reviewed and delivered on timeEnsure that correct PPE is availed of at all times by all relevant employeesReview sub-contractors' Safety Statements and Safety ComplianceAttend regular Health & Safety meetingsRequirements:Level 8 or Degree Qualified in Health & Safety6+ years' experience ideallyFlexible to travel across sites in different parts of Ireland on a weekly basisSalary:Salary circa €60k – €80k NEG DOE + bonusBenefits packageJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carCompany eventsOn-site parkingWellness programWork from homeWork Location: In person
