HireForce has a very exciting opportunity to join the finance team of a world-renowned US Plc in Dublin as a Senior Group Accountant.This client is a global leader in their industry and is seeking a Senior Group Accountant to play a key role in the Group's finance team. In this role, the successful candidate will be a key member of a high-profile team across the Group and will liaise with the finance teams in each of their divisions and provide business partnering support to the Group functional teams.This position provides:Unrivalled exposure to executive and senior management and companies throughout the Group.Opportunities to build a network of relationships across various Group functions as well as the wider Group.Unique opportunities to develop project management and decision-making skills.Offers an environment for continuous learning and development.Responsibilities include the following:Preparation of the Group's Consolidated Financial Statements in a multinational multi-currency environment to strict external reporting deadlines.Continuously strive to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in the external reporting processes.Involved in the preparation of Board and Audit Committee deliverables including annual and interim results, audit deliverables and regulatory developments.Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders including year-round interaction with the Group auditors and other external specialists.Supporting newly acquired businesses with the Group's external reporting requirements.Involvement in the development and implementation of financial reporting systems across the Group.Involvement in a variety of ad-hoc projects including process improvement initiatives.Requirements:Big 4 Qualified Accountant.Minimum of 3 years' PQE.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.High level of attention to detail and excellent financial administration capabilities.Package:Competitive salary (DOE), performance bonus, pension scheme and a hybrid working policy.If this role is of interest to you, please feel free to reach out to me at or for a confidential chat.
