Job Title: Senior Care Manager
A key role has arisen for a motivated and experienced professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional care services. As part of our on-floor duty team, you will be responsible for coordinating shifts, supervising staff, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support to residents.
The successful candidate will possess a strong qualification in Social Care or a related field, combined with significant experience working in residential or day service settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities. A proven ability to manage teams, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks is essential.
