Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Consultant to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth across Singapore and selected APAC markets.
Drive new business development activities and build a sustainable sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Develop a strong understanding of market trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
Lead client presentations, solution discussions, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
Manage the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to contract execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure successful customer onboarding.
Execute territory growth strategies and contribute to regional business development initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and CRM records.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline;
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management;
Strong understanding of financial technology solutions;
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders;
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Good commercial acumen and drive for results;
Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
