The Job: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner Processing new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, pay rate changes, allowance and deductions changes, administering third party deductions such as pension, Social Welfare and health insurance.
Resolcing client queries clearly and efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Interacting with ROS in relation to Revenue Payroll Notifications, Payroll Submissions, Statements of Account, Enhanced Reporting Requirements, Agent Links, Tax Registrations, etc.
BIK's, Annual Leave, Public Holiday and Statutory entitlements for employees.
Producing manual net and net-to-gross calculations as required by clients What we are looking for: 2 years minimum experience processing Irsih Payroll Experience using Sage Micro Pay ro Mega Pay Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills What this role offers: Hybrid working Flexible working hours Skills: IPASS
