We are seeking Specialists in:
Compensation & Benefits (Reward Strategy & Regulation)
Leading strategic initiatives with a focus on:
Pay Transparency: Implementing frameworks to navigate evolving EU and national transparency legislation.
Gender Pay Gap Reporting: End‑to‑end statutory reporting and actionable "closing‑the‑gap" roadmaps.
Strategic Reward Modelling: Designing and costing robust grade architectures, pay structures, and financial "what‑if" simulations.
Market Benchmarking: market mapping and competitive positioning.
Employee Relations
Providing expert case management and resolution, including:
Leading complex investigations (Disciplinary, Grievance, Dignity at Work).
Representing clients at the WRC and Labour Court.
Conflict Resolution / Mediation.
Managing restructuring and/or redundancy processes.
Industrial Relations
Navigating the industrial relations landscape:
Leading union negotiations and collective bargaining.
Strategic management of pay negotiations and industrial peace.
Your Profile
You are likely an independent contractor or a boutique consultancy owner with:
10+ years of deep technical experience within your chosen HR specialism.
A proven track record of delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
A trusted advisor.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, or specialised qualifications).
