Senior Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee and unify marketing efforts across a collection of hospitality venues. This role requires someone with solid experience in the sector, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine appreciation for what makes great hospitality experiences memorable.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing plans that support each venue's commercial goals and character.
* Lead on the design, promotion, and delivery of events — from live entertainment and food-focused promotions to seasonal campaigns.
* Work closely with operations teams to ensure all marketing activity is timely, practical, and drives measurable results.
* Manage all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, websites, and advertising campaigns.
* Maintain and evolve each venue's visual identity and tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency without losing individuality.
* Build partnerships with local organisations, promoters, and media to increase visibility and footfall.
* Monitor performance data, generate regular reports, and make clear, evidence-based recommendations.
* Lead and support a small in-house marketing team — setting direction, providing mentorship, managing workloads, and fostering professional growth.
* Coordinate with external designers, photographers, and digital specialists.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, events, or related sectors.
* A proven track record in creating, marketing, and managing events that attract a public audience.
* A strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers — in person, online, and in the local community.
* A confident communicator, able to write clearly, brief others effectively, and present ideas to stakeholders.
* A working knowledge of digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email platforms, and basic website CMS systems.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of the local hospitality scene.
* Experience launching new venues or repositioning existing brands.
* Skills in content creation, such as photography, design (e.g., Canva or Adobe), or video editing.
