About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven
Sales Operations Manager
to optimize sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and support revenue growth across our Ireland sales organization. In this key role, you will work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflows, insightful analytics, and high-quality execution of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the development and improvement of sales processes, workflows, and performance metrics
 * Drive CRM optimization, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and reporting standards
 * Analyze sales data to identify trends, revenue opportunities, and areas for improvement
 * Oversee sales enablement initiatives including tools, resources, and training materials
 * Partner with Finance and Operations on pricing, budgeting, and incentive programs
 * Manage sales performance dashboards and deliver timely insights to leadership
 * Support onboarding of new sales team members and administer productivity tools
 * Ensure commercial compliance with internal policies and Ireland/EU market regulations
 * Assist with strategic planning and execution of go-to-market activities
Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field
 * 4–6 years' experience in sales operations, business operations, or revenue operations
 * Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
 * High proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
 * Skilled in data visualization, Excel, and performance dashboards
 * Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology sales teams
 * Knowledge of sales methodologies and performance optimization frameworks
 * Familiarity with Ireland/EU sales operations environments
