We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager to join our client within the construction and furniture sector.

The role will be based between Roscommon and Galway offices. This is a full-time permanent position, and the successful candidate will join the senior leadership team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 12 staff, driving sales growth and work closely with CEO on company development.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, develop teams of designers including recent hires requiring close training mentoring Secure opportunities for pricing bidding on projects Achieve exceed residential sales targets through pipeline management data-driven planning Serve as primary point contact for site foremen quantity surveyors Develop maintain profitable customer portfolio generating new leads repeat business Establish track sales targets ensuring performance aligns business objectives Actively network represent company at industry events residential market Provide clear concise KPI updates weekly CEO meetings monthly management meetings focusing fast actionable insights Partner CEO design fit-out project management new existing showrooms Streamline sales ordering processes enabling staff achieve more less effort Forecast profit margins overhead financial performance
