This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career who is eager to develop their skills in cost management and construction project delivery. You will work closely with senior quantity surveyors and project teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentsSupport the measurement and valuation of works (on-site and from drawings)Help manage project costs, variations, and financial reportingLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholdersAssist in procurement and contract administrationMonitor project progress and provide regular cost updatesMaintain accurate records and documentationRequirementsDegree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field (desirable)Strong numerical and analytical skillsGood understanding of construction methods and materialsProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of cost management software is an advantageStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn
