Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the account manager in establishing and organizing the implementation of the ARAMARK Environmental Services program in accordance with ARAMARK standardized procedures. Carry out standardized ARAMARK work.
2. Manage catering service routines during mealtime to ensure smooth operations and make improvements aligned with operational objectives.
3. Manage crew scheduling, shifts, and attendance to ensure full support and quality service during mealtime.
4. Continuously improve working efficiency and service quality.
5. Conduct safety training to enhance safety awareness and maintain a safe workplace.
6. Manage inventory, tools, materials, and assets; ensure tableware and environment are safe and clean.
7. Maintain good internal communication and collaboration; focus on problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
8. Establish effective communication with clients to meet or exceed their requirements.
9. Conduct training sessions to improve service skills and capabilities; maintain detailed work journals and handover checklists.
Qualifications
1. Education: College degree or higher.
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years of onsite managerial experience in the catering industry; experience in large-scale property management, five-star hotels, or customer service management is preferred.
3. Vocational Qualifications: Familiarity with procedures and standards in catering and coffee shop operations; knowledge of professional service systems.
4. Computer & Language Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic English skills.
