Role: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Client: Residential Developer
Essentials: 3-5 years' post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor; strong IT skills (Cubit, CostX, Excel); ability to manage subcontractor payments and cost reporting.
Location: Onsite in Wexford
Salary: €55,000 - €80,000

Reporting into: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client, a leading construction and development firm, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Wexford. This role offers the right candidate the opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, assisting senior management in cost control, valuations, and contract administration.
Responsibilities
Subcontractor & Supplier Management: Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, payments, and contractual details.
Cost Control & Reporting: Support in preparing monthly valuations, cost reports, and tracking project budgets and variations.
Contract Administration: Maintain accurate records of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
