Level 8 Honors Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Science, or Project Management Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in project or program management Demonstrated experience in product transfers or new product launches Familiarity with Lean tools and core project management methodologies Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across divisions Hybrid work model: minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Galway Prior experience in the medical device or other regulated industries Master's degree in a related field is desirable Minimum of 2-3 years' people management experience Strong business acumen and ability to navigate core functional processes Track record of leading with clarity and decisiveness in dynamic environments Customer-centric approach to project execution with awareness of business trends
