We are seeking experienced, energetic and friendly coaches to join our teamKey Responsibilities:Coach trampoline gymnastics to participants of various ages in a Safe, Fun & Progressive manner.Primarily children of recreational level, pathwaying to higher levels as ability and desire is shown.Plan, deliver, and evaluate coaching sessions that meet the needs of participants at various levels.Ensure all training sessions adhere to safety protocols and procedures.Prepare participants for competitions.Maintain and organise equipment and training areas.Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that promotes learning and participant development.Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and club management.Attend and contribute to staff meetings, coaching workshops, and relevant training sessions.Essential Requirements: (We can help candidates with certification requirements if they do not already have them)Valid coaching certification from Gymnastics Ireland, British Gymnastics or an equivalent recognised body.Up-to-date first aid and child safeguarding certifications.Experience in trampoline gymnastics coaching, or another adjacent sport (other gymnastics disciplines, parkour, circus skills, etc)Strong communication and organisational skills.A proactive approach to coaching with a commitment to continuous professional development.Desirable Attributes:Experience working with different age groups and skill levels.Ability to inspire and motivate participants.Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the overall growth of the club.Salary and Benefits:The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. For guidance, typical salary benchmarks for trampoline gymnastics coaches in Ireland range from approximately €25,000 to €40,000 per annum for full-time positions, with part-time roles proportionately adjusted.
