Main purpose of the role
Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.
Ideal candidate
Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products.
Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible.
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties
Actively live SuperValu brand values – Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative.
Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products.
Have good product knowledge to ensure selected items are of the highest quality and substitutions chosen are appropriate.
Pack the products in the correct temperature zone so they arrive at customers' homes in perfect condition.
Make decisions on behalf of customers if ordered products are unavailable.
Work on own initiative with very little supervision.
Keep up to date with team communication.
Deal with routine customer queries.
Locality and requirements
FULL TIME ONLY APPLICANTS.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MID WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
UP TO 39 HOURS PER WEEK.
