Sales Executive NDT & Materials Testing Location: Labquip HQ, Dublin Labquip is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic in-house Sales Executiveto support our NDT and Materials Testing field-based sales team from our Dublin headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in a collaborative environment while playing a key role in supporting our Technical Sales Engineers and enhancing customer engagement. What You Will Do - First responder to customer enquiries and guide them with support from Technical Sales Engineers. - Playing a proactive selling role to grow what we sell to customers and adding more customers. - Use sales historical data to proactively sell. - Customer key account customer support. - Build technical knowledge and expertise to take on increased responsibility. - Help nurture the sales pipeline. - Use CRM/ERP data to target key accounts, upsell complementary products, and reactivate dormant high-potential clients. - Collaborate with sales and office-based colleagues on pricing, stock availability, and product promotion. - Support business development with a strong focus on customer service and relationship building. - Work with the Marketing Executive and Sales team of product specialists to increase visibility through increased targeted outreach and content creation. - Work with team on new e-commerce service for commodity consumable products.
