**Key Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in day-to-day leadership of the business unit, driving engagement activities.
* Coach and mentor the engineering group to ensure high-quality output and performance.
* Lead continuous improvement activities to drive manufacturing loss improvements and quality issues resolution.
* Develop and implement processes to improve department performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide technical solutions to operations issues and contribute to key decisions around employee development, recognition, and compensation.

**Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline.
* 4 years of relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment, with previous supervisory experience.
* Good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements and current Health and Safety Regulations legislation.
* Proven experience practicing Lean tools and business understanding of operations and their impacts.
* Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Able to facilitate a team of engineers to deliver specific objectives.
