Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to ensure the reliability, functionality, and quality of our software products. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to design, execute, and maintain testing processes, helping to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
* Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
* Report and track defects, working closely with teams to facilitate resolution.
* Participate in reviews of design documents, user stories, and specifications.
* Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Knowledge of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and testing tools.
* Experience with manual testing; familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
