There is currently 1 permanent, whole-time vacancy available in Carlow/Kilkenny South Tipperary Waterford and Wexford Mental health services base negotiable.
A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Peer Support Worker, Senior from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.

Post specific related information
Be willing to undergo specific training in clinical supervision.
* Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience working with Peer Support Worker colleagues and that of multi-disciplinary team members in which such individuals are likely to engage with over the course of their work.
* Experience in supporting and promoting the implementation of self-care frameworks and approaches, as relevant to the role.
* Demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise task as it relates to the management of one’s own work-load and that of their Peer Support Worker colleagues in which they supervise.
Access to appropriate personal transport is a necessary requirement in order to carry out the duties and responsibilities of this post.
* Ability to work in a flexible way, informed by line management and their junior colleagues needs.
