The Role:
 * Deliver Support Services: Anticipate needs and enable focus on client and management responsibilities for Senior Partners and allocated fee earners.
 * Manage inboxes, diaries, schedules including coordinating meetings and events across multiple time zones.
 * Organise and optimise complex travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, client packs and supporting documentation.
 * Prepare reports, presentations and business development material including research and briefing notes for client meetings.
 * Act as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage enquiries with professionalism.
 * Handle confidential information with discretion at all times.
 * Support Billing Processes: Time entry, invoice preparation and commercial billing experience is essential.
 * Manage expenses, ensure timely and accurate submissions.
 * Produce high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Office following house style and professional standards.
 * Collaborate effectively with colleagues, provide cover within wider PA team when needed.
