System Administrator Job Summary
This is a full-time opportunity for a Junior System Administrator to join our internal system administration and deskside support team. As a key member of the team, you will provide day-to-day support operations, manage the IT Support queue, and develop process improvements to increase the efficiency of the service desk team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the IT Support queue using our ITSM toolset.
* Resolve complex technical problems related to servers and laptops.
* Document processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of the service desk team;
* Support M environment and perform server and laptop setups and repairs;
* Install, configure, and maintain user software and communications equipment;
* Communicate effectively with third-party vendors.
The successful candidate will have solid technical skills, a pro-active, service-oriented mindset, and a strong focus on quality work.
