About the Role
The Person In Charge (PIC) is responsible for overall management of the Service, providing high-quality person-centred care to residents and managing staff. They ensure compliance with HIQA standards and implement policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of staff and provide mentorship and leadership.
* Coordinate appointments and prioritize tasks.
* Ensure high quality of life for residents through effective care plans.
Requirements
* A QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or relevant Allied Healthcare discipline.
* Minimum three years experience in management or supervision.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
