Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing projects from start to completion
* Planning and scheduling works to meet deadlines
* Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
* Ensuring projects stay within budget
* Ordering materials and managing logistics
* Conducting site visits and inspections
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management
* Producing progress reports and documentation
* Solving on-site issues quickly and effectively
* Ensuring quality control at every stage
Requirements
Applicants must have:
* Proven experience in construction or trade-based project management
* Full, clean driving licence
* Valid Safe Pass
* Manual Handling certificate
* EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Solid understanding of site operations and trades
* Problem-solving mindset
* High attention to detail
