Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative, located in our office in Clonskeagh. The responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales activities, and identifying new business opportunities. The representative will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with team members to meet sales and business development goals. The role emphasizes the ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of Allsorter's solutions.
Qualifications
* Proficiency (2-3yrs experience) in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and qualify potential business opportunities
* Strong Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and convey product value
* Sales and Business Development expertise to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work towards targets
* Digital-Native with desire to work with emerging AI technology and embrace a Digital Twin
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
* An understanding of the recruitment industry is essential
* Experience in a start up or SME is a plus
