BI & Data Strategy Managerrequired to lead business intelligence, data engineering, and analytics initiatives within thetrading and operational platforms. This role combines project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion processes, and BI tool enhancements while driving end-to-end delivery of analytics projects.**Trading/Investment Banking background preferable**Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage BI and data projects from requirements gathering through development, testing, and production release.Conduct impact analysis and support change management for system upgrades, strategy rollouts, and vendor/exchange integrations.Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and process market, trading, and operational data efficiently.Collaborate with developers and operational teams to implement, test, and release new platform features.Provide technical guidance and analytical support to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.Maintain and tune existing processes to meet evolving performance criteria, balancing efficiency with business needs.Work closely with multiple business areas to continuously enhance technical performance and reporting capabilities.Prepare and present dashboards, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, translating complex data into business insights.Mentor junior analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of data quality and innovation.Skills & Experience Required:B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in the financial sector, ideally in trading, securities, or funds environmentsStrong SQL and Python skills; experience with large datasets is essentialHands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, including tools such as Informatica, Tidal, or AirflowExperience managing BI projects using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Solid understanding of financial markets and tradable instruments, including equities, futures, and optionsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical teamsDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, plan timelines, and meet deadlines under pressureKnowledge of BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling best practices
