Senior Power Electronics Engineer Job
A leading organization in the aerospace sector is expanding its team and seeking a highly skilled expert in power electronics and battery management systems.

You will be working closely with the head of hardware to design, develop, and validate all battery and power-related technologies throughout the product.
* The role involves leading the design and maintenance of all battery components through their entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration with electronic and mechanical teams to guarantee the viability of batteries and power systems within the product.
* Furthermore, you will engage with suppliers to ensure the best components are utilized.
Key requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience in battery systems, power electronics, or energy storage applications
* Strong understanding of battery chemistry and BMS design (SOC/SOH monitoring, balancing, protection, and thermal control)
